The uniformed Guardian Angels group was set up in New York in 1979 as a response to rocketing violent crime in the city. Angels patrolled the streets and subways, making citizens' arrests or detaining criminals until police arrived. Today Guardian Angels patrol city streets across the world, unarmed but trained in first aid, communication and basic martial arts.
Their success has come at a cost. Some Angels - albeit not in uniform and not on patrol - have been killed while coming to the aid of crime victims.

That's just it though, the yobs always seem to think they're the only ones who can win because they don't give a s hit. They then go about making everyone's life a misery. Perhaps everyone else should take the same attitude as them and make their lives a misery. If they encountered this kind of attitude from the people they rely on to be passive then it would be overpowering. Against the yobs united we should stand. Vigilantism can do things the authorities with all their red tape can't but it must have limits once goals have been achieved. Maybe decent people need to force the issue to turn things around.

bring the gaudian angels back to the uk.will teach our young thugs a lesson.this country of 13-18 year olds dont have respect for there family or there elders.its about time we went back outside this country again and get someone in like the angels.we stand up for ourselves but we get know where in our own country.this country is fedup with drug and gun crime.until we get help we will be the same for a long time.it is like alcohol and tobacco its a government tihing.stop the tobacco and alcohol industrie it will ****.k the government right up there arses,its about time these MPs stood up to bullies,and call all crime as 1.no bail and no 3 counts and your out.keep all scumbags from when they get arrested in side until proven guilty.dont let **** solicitors get them on bail.................
