When alternative clothing company Comvert were looking for a new space for their Milan headquarters, they came across an old abandoned cinema that seemed to offer the perfect solution. It was big enough to house design offices, warehousing and even a flagship retail store, everything the company needed. However, there was one problem, what to do with the 6,600 cubic meters of vaulted space that sat above what used to be the audience seating area?
The solution of course was to build one of the world's more unusual office amenities, a massive indoor skate bowl that sits suspended in mid-air above the office. It's a dream for the company's army of adrenalin junkies, which is perhaps why they were quick to lend a hand in helping their employers to build it.

There are some cool offices in there though, would love to either work in some of them or at least go visit them just to see the atmosphere inside

I love the James Bond inspired office. They are not just work spaces but art. There have been some comments stating that it must be depressing to work in an office. If your surroundings and the space is decorated to a pleasing eye then it does make all the difference. Statistics shows that if your environment is comfortable, creative and enjoyable then your productivity goes up to almost double. With the gorgeous decor and perks that these offices give you, I would be working for longer as well.

Working in an office forever must be so depressing. You can change the decor of the office but you can't change the mentality and culture. It's basically a boring battery farm for office workers who do anything and everything to pretend they're in a better situation than the one they're in. No thanks office bods it's the great outdoors for me. I have tried office work and the whole situation made me want to get out or top myself. The idea of spending the rest of my working life in offices is my idea of hell.

What an extravagant waste of money. I bet most of the advertising companies featured have such ludicrously plush work spaces not for their employees' but to impress clients and make them spend money on a more 'creative' company (i.e. more expensive and with lazy staff). Furthermore, the Facebook HQ offices can be like they are because they basically have a license to print money (and covertly sell data) so their staff have nothing to do except scratch their balls and pretend they are a DJ. I can't imaging doing any work at all in any of these offices and I think that is the point, they are for the super-plush lucky 1% who sit in their open plan ponce-holes at HQ playing pool and talking about 'what's cool' while people in the real world worry about their jobs and glue their faces to a computer screen in a cramped cell.
